Ryan Schaefer and Jake Hallauer were recently awarded the marketing assignment for Apex Vista, a vast 863-acre property at the southwest corner of Highway 34 and Highway 257 in Greeley, CO.  Apex Vista is located in the heart of Northern Colorado’s present and future growth corridor, Highway 34 east of I-25.
