Multiple affiliated entities of Affinity Partners acquired, leased or sold, and brokered approximately 60 acres of land at the SEC of I-25 and US 34 in Johnstown, CO (the intersection of Northern Colorado’s two predominant highways).

Retail, restaurant and hospitality transactions included SCHEELS All Sports, Inc., Verizon Wireless, Ethan Allen, Qdoba Mexican Grill, Bonefish Grill, Home State Bank, Starbucks, TREK Bicycles, Culver’s, Bank of Colorado, and Spirit Hospitality, LLC (Comfort Suites). An affiliated entity of Affinity Partners sold the balance of the property to Johnstown Plaza, LLC for its development of a large regional shopping center.

On May 30, 2018, an affiliated entity of Affinity Partners, sold the last pad site (SWC of U.S. 34 and Thompson Pkwy) owned by a related entity of Affinity Partners within the 2534 development, to an affiliated entity of Steve Ross, for a restaurant concept, Lazy Dog Tavern.  Click here to read full article.
