Ryan Schaefer and Jake Hallauer’s scope included fee development on behalf of property owners Gerrard Development Corporation, Thompson Ranch Development Company, and multiple related entities of Affinity Partners. Ryan and Jake’s scope also included brokerage for many of these same entities.
Retail, restaurant and hospitality transactions included SCHEELS All Sports, Inc., Verizon Wireless, Ethan Allen, Qdoba Mexican Grill, Bonefish Grill, Home State Bank, Starbucks, TREK Bicycles, Culver’s, Bank of Colorado, Intermountain Management, and Spirit Hospitality, LLC (Comfort Suites).
Medical transactions included the Northern Colorado rehabilitation Hospital, Northern Colorado Long Term Acute Care Hospital, Gonyon Surgery Center, and Arete Surgery Center (Premier Stem Cell Institute).
Residential land transactions included sales to the AG Spanos Companies (The Gateway Apartments), Thompson Crossing I, and Thompson Crossing II.
Industrial transactions included sales to High Country Beverage and Swire Coca-Cola, USA.
