On April 30, 2021, United Properties acquired approximately 16.761 acres of land located within the 2534 master planned community (near the southeast corner of I-25 and US 34) in Johnstown, Colorado, from The Gerrard Family Limited Partnership, LLLP.
United Properties is proposing a modern, master planned Class A industrial development totaling 280,323± SF as the newest addition to 2534 in Johnstown. The development will be known as Trade@2534. The 3-building plan provides for cross dock and front park/rear load designs, with spaces from 15,000 SF to 145,008± SF.
Groundbreaking for the Trade@2534 industrial development is slated for Spring 2021. This will be United Properties’ third industrial project within the 2534 master planned community.
